Tusker PCS Warranty for Labor and Parts
Labor Warranty
Tusker PCs is committed to the quality of our builds and offers original purchasers of Tusker PCs free labor for component replacements if our technicians determine a part has failed due to a non-excluded cause, as detailed below.
Original Component Parts Warranty
Tusker PCs warrants all original component parts against failure under normal gaming use for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
After the first year, Tusker PCs will continue to offer free labor for component replacements; however, the original purchaser must buy the required replacement parts through Tusker PCs if deemed necessary by our technicians.
Limitations on Coverage
The term “normal gaming use” means our Parts Warranty becomes void under the following conditions:
- If components such as RAM, CPU, or GPU are overclocked beyond safe limits, causing damage.
- If any modification has been made to the original build configuration provided by Tusker PCs.
Exclusions from Labor and Parts Warranty
Our warranties do not cover:
- Any gaming accessories sold through Tusker PCs, whether branded or not.
- Software included on or purchased with the PC.
Exclusions for Damages
Damage caused by external factors, such as impacts, exposure to fluids, fire, natural disasters, modifications, misuse, or other mishandling, is not covered under the Labor or Parts Warranty. Tusker PCs reserves the right to deny warranty claims if our technicians determine any of the above factors contributed to the issue.
Liability Limitation
Tusker PCs is not responsible for any additional damages or claims arising from warranty issues, regardless of the basis of the claim (warranty, contract, negligence, etc.).
Return Shipping Costs
All shipping expenses for returning, inspecting, and reshipping repaired computers are the responsibility of the customer and must be covered by the customer, not Tusker PCs.
