Tusker PCs Return and Refund Policy
At Tusker PCs, we strive to offer high-quality computers at competitive prices. We encourage you to make sure you are fully committed to your purchase, as processing returns for change-of-mind requests takes time and resources away from serving other customers.
Return Policy
- Eligibility: Our policy allows customers to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. The return period begins on the date the shipping provider marks the item as delivered.
- Condition: To qualify for a return, the item must remain unopened and in original packaging as shipped by Tusker PCs. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
- Requesting a Return: If you wish to request a return, please contact us within the 14-day period at support@tuskerpcs.com, stating the reason for your request.

Return Costs and Fees:
- Approved returns will require payment for return shipping, which will use the same quality shipping process that was used initially.
- We charge an Online Processing Fee for the payment provider’s transaction costs, plus a $150 Inspection/Restocking Fee.
- Once these payments are received, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm if the item meets the refund requirements. Items that are opened or used will not qualify for a refund. If eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
Items sent back without prior authorization from Tusker PCs will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built PCs are non-refundable. Once payment is received for a custom build, the sale is final upon shipment. Custom orders involve component selections made by you, differentiating them from our pre-configured models.
