Tusker PCs Shipping Policy

At Tusker PCs, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and secure shipping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Shipping Timeframes

• In-Stock Items: All PCs in stock will ship the same day if the order is placed before 2:00 PM EST Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Insurance

• Every PC shipment from Tusker PCs is fully insured at no additional cost. This ensures your purchase is protected during transit.

Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your PC arrives safely. However, if your shipment arrives damaged:

1. Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, report it to the carrier immediately.
2. File a Claim: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item to initiate a claim.
   • Provide clear photographs of the damaged package and the PC.
   • Include your order details and a brief description of the issue.
3. Resolution: Upon receiving the required information, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund based on the resolution of the claim.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
